TallOrder customers may log a problem that highlights the network when sometimes, this could actually be a problem with the Internet (and vice versa).
When TallOrder is on the network, the TallOrder POS will still be able to operate when the internet is down or off for whatever reason.
During this time, all sales data will be stored locally but will not sync to the TallOrder admin backend until the Internet is back up. Once this happens, the sync will take place again.
However, when the internet is down, TallOrder will not be able to update any menu changes. (This can be done once there is a working Internet connection).
If the network is unavailable then TallOrder will not be able to operate until there is a network connection.
