I would like to quickly add menu items and/or staff members to the TallOrder backend during a busy shift. Does this take time?

Adding menu items can be done quickly and easily. Simply "save" your changes in the backend in order to action them!

For your latest menu to show across the board, please make sure that you "Download Latest Menu" in order for changes to be seen on the POS.

If you are wanting to add new staff, you can add them at the backend but please also email our support team (support@tallorderpos.com) in order for us to check the tenant settings confirmation.

Note that if you add new staff on the backend, you will need to "Update Latest Settings" on the POS. Please double check that the information has been updated by inputting the new users staff pin.
