If you are experiencing a problem with printing (namely the pro-form and production slips are not printing) then please visit your settings or control panel in order to rectify the problem. Please see the possible solutions below:
1. Click on Settings in the TallOrder backend admin section, then click on Printer Settings. if you click on the Edit button, you will see a drop-down of printers that you can select from. From here, please select the required printer that you are using and then click on Print Test Page in order to test that printer.
If the test page still does not print, please see another possible solution below:
2. Open the Control panel on the TallOrder backend admin section. From there, click on the Hardware and Sound section and then select the Devices and Printers button. Now, right click on the selected printer that you would like to print from and from here you can select the printer properties. Now, select a Print Test Page from here in order to get a test print. This Windows Test Page should successfully print a test page for you.
Note: If option 2 is not successful, ensure the printer drivers are correctly installed or that USB/Serial Cable is correctly connected.
