My printer does not print at all from TallOrder POS and the Printer is not displaying in the TallOrder POS Printer Settings

If you are experiencing printer problems and no slips are printing at all when you prompt to print, there are a few options that you can explore.

1. Open the Control Panel in TallOrder admin. Click on Hardware and Sound and then click on Devices and Printers. Next, ensure that the required printer is listed and selected in order to print correctly.

If the above is not successful, please try the second option below:

2. Firstly, disconnect or sign out from the TallOrder Point of Sale POS. Then, in the sign in page, click on Advanced, click on Reset Sign in and then input your credentials and sign in. From there, click on Printer Settings and then click on the Edit button. This will provide you with a drop down list of printers to select from. here, you can select the required printer from the list and then print out a test page to ensure the correct printer is corrected.

Note: if your printer is not showing up on the list of printers, please contact us.
