If you have an external device (such as an iPad or Android tablet) and it will not connect to TallOrder and is giving an ‘XHR error’, this means that there is a network connection error.

Please check that the device is on the same network as the main server and ensure that your network connectivity on the tablet is working. If you continue to face the same issue, please try the following:

  1. For iOS: Go to Settings > Safari and Clear History. Now try and load the POS again.

  2. On Android: In Chrome go to Settings > History and clear history. Now try and load the POS again.
