Will PageMan still display content even when there is no Internet connection?

As all PageMan content is initially loaded to the device, this means that if your Internet connection is down, content will still play as usual.

However, if you load new content during this time, this new content will not play until it is loaded (I.e. it will only be downloaded when you are online and connected to the Internet).
