If PageMan is showing as ‘offline’ on the backend admin website (the portal where you input your information) but is playing perfectly on your screens, there could be a problem with your Internet connection. I suggest that you firstly check your connection (whether it be WIFI, Ethernet or 3G) is connected and working. This can be done easily by simply opening up a browser page to see if a connected web page pops up. If it does not, you will have to check your connection. Once you are connected, you can open up the PageMan admin portal and check again. The device should show up as online and you will be good to go!
