Temporarily Suspend ToGo Service: In case a tenant wants to temporarily stop orders from ToGo, this setting can be set to true and a reason can be given in Temporarily Suspend ToGo Service Reason. ToGo users will see this message when they visit the tenant's ToGo page. This can also be done from POS.
Collection of ToGo Orders: By default, ToGo users will be able to collect orders from the restaurant. Only deactivate this option when you only want to allow deliveries.
Order ahead: If this option is enabled, users will be able to place an order for a time in the future. This can be done by either specifying the time or by selecting a transport method to the tenant in which case ToGo will calculate the user's arrival time.
Delivery Option: By enabling delivery, your ToGo customers will have the option to choose delivery in ToGo. TallOrder will distinguish between collection and delivery orders. Note: ToGo does not do the delivery logistic. Delivery fulfillment is the restaurant's responsibility.
Note: You can make items unavailable in your ToGo menu on your TallOrder Admin - so that customers cannot select those items.
