Voiding Issues: I have added an item to the cart and placed the order, but customer changed their mind. How do I void the item?

If you would like to void an item owing to any reason, this is possible and easy to action with TallOrder. All you need to do is click on the item that you would like to void when it is sitting in the cart. From there, please input the Manager Pin (to be requested from your manager). Once entered, the item will be voided.
